1. Major in landscape architecture, landscape design, architectural design or related, bachelor degree or above; At least
2.10 years project management experience in large landscape company or design institute; Independent work from the beginning of the project to the delivery stage, including overall project planning, landscape layout, characteristic garden sketch design and soft landscape design; Solve any problems in construction site and construction drawings/project management;
3. Have strong ability of scheme design and control, can put forward the overall concept scheme of the project in charge, and examine and approve the design effect of preliminary design and construction drawing;
4. Excellent communication, coordination and on-site reporting skills, and proficient communication and negotiation skills.
5. Have comprehensive control ability for the project, be able to report the project independently, deal with design and financial problems and construction problems independently, arrange work plan and personnel allocation, and promote the smooth progress of the project;
6. Conduct regular site inspections to supervise whether the construction is carried out in accordance with the requirements of drawings and specifications, be familiar with the varieties and configurations of common landscape plants, and have rich experience in supervision, management and guidance related to soft/hard landscape construction of landscape engineering;
7. Manage and run landscape projects according to the design scope, schedule and financial cost agreed in the contract; Supervise the project team to complete the landscape design with high quality according to the planned schedule;
8. Working experience in a foreign design company, fluent in English is preferred.
